Jeanette's Pier

The new Jeanette's Pier is a pretty major thing in Nags Head.  I think someone said they spent $23 million building the new pier and pier house?  It's a concrete fishing pier, has windmills, and a gorgeous event space on the second floor.  The pier is also affiliated with the NC Aquariums and has tons of programs for kids all year.  Hoping that when the boys get older, they can participate in a few - like looking for sea turtles, learning how to fish, and participating in the Parents Night Out programs.... ;-)  Anyway, one night after dinner we went down to the pier to walk around.  All photos from this post and previous one were with my pocket camera - trying to leave the bad boy at home sometimes.  ;-)
