We had a GREAT time in Charleston! The weather was gorgeous all weekend. We walked all over town, did some shopping, took a harbor cruise and stared at the bridge, and ate at some great restaurants - On Friday, we started at The Rooftop bar, then headed to Magnolia's for drinks and home made pimento cheese and flat bread appetizer, then a drink in an old church (because we had to) and ran into the NC State baseball team in town for a tourney, and eventually ended up at Bocci's for dinner. Then I rolled back to the hotel... Saturday was lunch in the courtyard at the Mills House hotel (best crabcake sandwich ever) then dinner at Hank's (roast grouper with shrimp and lobster risotto), followed by a ride in a bike taxi/rickshaw. So fun! On Sunday morning, we rode over to Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan's Island - what a nice beach. We ate lunch at Poe's Tavern, my new favorite bar. Yes, we really did eat all weekend. ;-) After a quick 4 hr drive home, we were wondering when we can go back again....
Photo slideshow here and hopefully a few pics on Carrie's Photos soon. :-)

I love trying new restaurants; that really is the best part about traveling. I am glad you had fun, dispite the Wilco cancellation.
