Onwards and upwards

Chrystie got a new job! It's with a great defense firm here in Raleigh and she'll be doing workers' comp. I am SO happy for her (HUGE raise!) and SO sad for me & Layla! It's really been the Three Musketeers here at work for the last 2 years and I hate that she's leaving us. No more long lunches sitting at my desk yapping, or quick afternoon runs to get cupcakes (we've got a cute new cupcake shop in town!) So, it'll just take a little more planning to get together for lunch and catch up on gossip. Congrats to Chrystie though, she definitely deserves it! :-)
