NC Zoo

We went to the NC Zoo on Friday.  We had a great time.  Elephants & dinosaurs (special exhibit this summer with anamatronic dinosaurs!) were the big hits.  :-)

First up, elephants!

Look!  It's a spider!  No guys, I think that's a dung beetle....

Yep, no idea why these photos aren't as wide as the rest, lol.

 Then we move to the grizzly bear.  Can you spot him sleeping?

 Elk, bison, black bears & the faux Old Faithful.  ;-)

 Gators, turtles & other marshy stuff.
